What's In a Name?

A lot apparently. Juicy Couture is suing a jacket company Jesus Juice Coature over stolen fonts. Jesus Juice Coature sells outerwear to higher clientle urban populations.
Juicy Couture is well know for their cursive "J" and found Jesus Juice Coature using the same type of fonts, which would be considered trademark infringement.
Juicy was upset when viewing Jesus Juice Coature's advertising on Myspace, Facebook, their blogs and to top it off a big NYC billboard.

I agree that Juicy is doing the right thing, even though the products each company produce are not in the least similar. Jesus Juice Coature just needs to invest in some new fonts.
